FAQs

To add a PR sample, hover over “Account” and click on “Manage Inventory”. You can also do that by visiting the “Account” page. Once you’re on the page, click on “Add PR Sample” to open up a form. Complete the required information to submit the listing.

At the moment, you can list up to 12 PR samples.

Creatives will select and submit a project proposal to request a PR pull. You can then review and either accept or reject the request.

We recommend keeping the PR sample pull free. However, if necessary, here are some fees that you can include when listing your PR sample:

  • Pull fee: a one-time fee to pull your item (e.g., cleaning fee, etc.)
  • PR rate: PR pull rate per day
  • PR tasks: Tasks you’d like to have done in exchange for pulling your PR samples
  • Replacement price: Value of the item in case of loss or damage (we recommend using wholesale instead of retail price to keep costs lower)
  • Deposit: While we keep the creatives’ credit card on file, we can’t guarantee sufficient funds when charging them. If you want to be extra safe, you can request a deposit. Note that this may reduce the number of people willing to pull your inventory.

PR pulls typically coincide with project timelines. We strive to be lenient and avoid charging creatives unless there are damages involved.

If an item is not returned on time, please email us at hello@eplorium.com. We will reach out to understand the situation. If there’s no communication from them to you and us after 48 hours, we will apply a late fee. Late fee will be $10-30 per day depending on the item value.

For damages, please email us photos of the damages, along with the item name and a brief explanation of what occurred, to hello@eplorium.com.

While we keep the puller’s credit card on file, we are unable to pre-authorize their credit cards in accordance with the policy of our credit card processing company, which has a time limit policy. However, you have the discretion to decide who can borrow the item. If you prefer added security, you may request a deposit, though this could potentially discourage individuals from pulling your sample.

 

 

If creatives fail to complete requested tasks, we will initially contact them for resolution. If they decline or fail to comply, a fee of $10-75 will be charged, depending on the item’s value. Please contact us at hello@eplorium.com so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Occasionally, PR samples may not meet expectations or fit the intended models. In such cases, we provide a 48-hour grace period for returns without penalty. That being said, the product should not be used in any content. If you notice otherwise, please report it to us at hello@eplorium.com.

If your PR request is approved, creatives will have access to your address for pickup. For showrooms, they can schedule an appointment. For alternative pickup or delivery methods, please communicate directly with them.
