Collab proposal layout (Part I)

The first part of the Collab proposal includes essential details about the collaboration, such as time, location, description, moodboard, inventory, and etc. The more detailed the information, the better the understanding among collaborators.

1. Proposer information

These are the people who posted the proposals. You can view their profile by clicking on the link below their name and title.

a. Invite Collaborators

If someone you’d like to collab with is not yet on ePlorium, you can invite them to our network by clicking on the black “Invite Collaborators” button underneath the proposer profile and adding their email or phone number.

2. What you are looking for?

Let people know who (what roles) and what you are looking for. Be specific as possible!

3. Location & Time

Select location and time for the project. Note that you can just give an estimate. Once you confirm with everyone else, you can update this information.

4. Collaborators

After reviewing the casting candidates and collab discussion, please select the candidates you’d like to work with as “Current Collaborators.” You can do so by clicking on the edit icon next to “Current Collaborators”.

This is what the edit icon looks like:

5. Moodboard & Illustrations

Use this opportunity to visually communicate the vibes of your photoshoot or proposal. This will affect the inventory and talents signing up for your proposal.

6. Planned Inventory

Inventory you plan on using for this project. This would give other creatives a better idea of what they will be working with.

7. Planned scenes

Pre-plan the photoshoot by adding a planned scene to the proposal. The proposer and “Current Collaborators” will have access to this feature. You can select the models who will appear in each scene along with their outfits (inventory) and props (if you use one of our partnered studios).

8. Casting Candidates

Casting candidates are those who have signaled interest in the project. Chosen candidates will be selected as “Current Collaborators” (#4).  This will allow you to access “Planned scenes” (#7) and “Polling” (#9).

9. Polling

Use polls to quickly find out what works best for the group like time for the photoshoots. Please note that you can only add up to four options at the moment.

10. Collab Discussion

This discussion thread allows you to communicate with other creatives and or collaborators of this proposal. Please note that there are 2 types of proposals, private and public. Anyone creative can comment in public proposals. However, only collaborators (selected by proposer as seen in #4), can comment on the thread.
